Worked and refined it until it was totally optimal and end result is awesome Was able to get a great first tune that was literally better than my final last tune from previous tuner. I pretty much got a new tune every day from Steve (if I upload a tune, took logs, and sent them back in a few hours).Very knowledgeable in tuning and did not have a problem working with new sensors or hardware. Any tuner i've used has always taken 1 day to 1 week to turn around a new file. Has the fastest turn around from any tuner i've used.I've had other tuners who will refuse to tune if you have a rear o2 unplugged or evap components removed for example. Does not make you change your setup to what he feels is it should be, and what is easy for him to tune.I won't name names of everyone i've used on the forum, but I will say Steve is in the #1 spot after have worked with all 6 on tuning.Ī few key points from my experience with Steve: The range of quality of work and customer service greatly differs between them all. Just tonight I noticed a small anomaly with the car and after sending Steve a log, he modified the MAP and sent it to me within minutes!! We started at 7:30pm and finished at 10pm, on a Saturday night nonetheless! The days after my tune with Steve, he continued to send messages ensuring that my car was running to my expectations. He then spent 2.5 hours in the passenger seat fine tuning the final MAP. Since Steve lives in GA, after the initial MAP was proven to be safe, I met up with Steve just south of Atlanta. I am 46 years old and I have NEVER encountered anyone, anywhere, at anytime that provided this level of service. ANY time I needed to talk he was ALWAYS available.
